  • How long does the site take to build?
    We know how critical speed is to your bottom line. That is why we have developed the Simply process to be just that—simple and FAST. The Simply process includes three phases: pre-work, development, and training. The pre-work phase is done at your speed and typically takes 2-3 business days. Once complete, our team begins development of lasting typically 10-12 business days, dependent upon which features and sections we are tailoring for you. You will provide the stamp of approval, we will provide your training session and you’ll be ready to roll.
  • Can I use my own domain name?
    Whether you already have a domain purchased or need to procure, the Simply team will work with you on best options.
  • Is hosting included?
    Hosting is not included in our Simply Signature pricing—however, your Simply consultant will walk you through set-up instructions. If you decide you need support managing that responsibility, Simply does provide additional hosting options.
  • Do I own the site?
    Yes—your site is YOUR site! Once we hand it off to you, you can update anything you’d like, move the site to a new platform, or make enhancements. Of course, Simply is always available for consult and/or refinements as your business needs evolve.
